S&S Petroleum Inc. has officially introduced its new loyalty program, My Royal Rewards, aiming to improve customer engagement across its network of 110 stores. Powered by Liquid Barcodes, the program offers a digital-first approach to rewards and is expected to roll out fully by the end of Q4.

Now available on both iOS and Android platforms, My Royal Rewards provides customers with a wide range of features. Shoppers can earn personalized rewards, play interactive games for prizes, and access exclusive discounts. Additionally, the app includes functionality for club cards, personalized push notifications, and a store locator for nearby S&S Petroleum locations.

One standout feature of the program is its integration of tobacco product discount offers, which is designed to comply with a strict age verification process. According to Liquid Barcodes, "Users input their full personal contact information and age and complete a series of historical personal data questions. Once age verified, loyalty members will receive tobacco offers via the Altria program, designed to enhance customer engagement and drive loyalty by providing a more personalized experience. Retailers can use their own loyalty programs or technology provided by Altria’s partners."
